For the period October 1, 2013 – December 31, 2013, QVEC answered 8,407 E-911 calls.  Of those calls answered, 8,328 (99.1%) were answered in under 10 seconds.  69 calls (.8%) were answered between 10-20 seconds and 10 calls (.1%) were answered between 20-30 seconds.  One again, no other center with a higher call volume posted faster… Read more »
