Lucien has been with QV since June of 1995 and works as full-time dispatcher with the State Police, Troop D. Lou was, until March of 1999, long time President of the Quinebaug Valley Fire Chiefs Assoc. He is also a certified EMT and still a member of Putnam EMS.
