John DonFrancisco
Manager
John began working at QV in November of 1989 as a part-timer. In May of 1992, he
became the full-time midnight dispatcher. In November of 1996, he was promoted to the position of Supervising Dispatcher, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center.
In late 2004 he was promoted to Manager
In 1990, John received his B.S. in Communications from Eastern
CT State University. In his spare time he is a certified high school
soccer official and local disc jockey. John and his wife Deanna live in
Brooklyn with their son Bryce and daugher Grace.
John is a 24 year member of the
Mortlake Fire Company in Brooklyn.
He served as an officer for 5 years and holds certifications:
